What You’ll Do

  1. Drive Strategy:

    • Develop and execute tailored strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on B2B and B2C audiences.

    • Plan and manage content calendars using tools like Notion for seamless collaboration.

  2. Create Amazing Content:

    • Produce top-notch visuals, videos, and motion graphics with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and more.

    • Be bold—step in front of the camera for reels, live streams, and TikToks to connect authentically with our audience.

  3. Engage & Build Community:

    • Spark conversations with our followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, authentic way.

    • Build an engaged community that reflects bace’s values of innovation, sustainability, and user-friendliness.

  4. Stay Trendy:

    • Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, integrating them into creative campaigns that resonate.

    • Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.

  5. Optimize for Impact:

    • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and create insightful reports.

    • Use analytics to refine strategies and ensure every post delivers maximum value.

  6. Collaborate for Success:

    • Work hand-in-hand with our product, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and goals.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in social media management, content marketing, or similar roles.

    • Prior experience in startups or dynamic environments is a big plus.

  • Skills & Tools:

    • Mastery of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and influencer marketing strategies.

    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other design/video tools.

    • Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills.

  • Mindset:

    • Highly creative and trend-sensitive, with a passion for experimenting and pushing boundaries.

    • Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple projects with ease.

    • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup culture.

  • Languages:

    • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bonus:

    • A valid driver’s license for travel to hub locations and on-site content creation.
