About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling bace’s smart hub operations across the DACH region. From driving market entry in North Rhine-Westphalia to overseeing expansion in several cities in Germany, your impact will be immediate and meaningful.

You’ll manage relationships with retail partners, suppliers, housing cooperatives, and city stakeholders, ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient launches, and scalable operations. You’ll be reporting directly to the Founders Joshua & Ruben Dahmen, while collaborating closely with our product and commercial teams based in Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain.

What You Bring

• Ambition to foster business growth and advance your career in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure complex projects and continuously optimize processes.

• Experience in scaling operations, service delivery, or solutions management in SaaS, B2B2C, logistics, mobility, or delivery industries.

• Fluent in both English (internal communication) and German (primary market language).

• A willingness to travel frequently to hub locations across Germany / DACH.

• Detail-oriented and pragmatic, with the ability to balance precision and practicality.
